Istanbul and Jerez look set for 2020 races

The 2020 Formula 1 calendar looks to be headed for another shakeup with Istanbul and Jerez (above) in contention for races in November. With races in the Americas already ruled out and Asian events in question, F1 organisers have again turned to Europe to beef up the 2020 calendar ahead of a visit to the Middle East in December to round things up. A return to Turkey would be the first Grand Prix in the country since 2012 with 2017 talks to revive the event breaking down when Liberty Media assumed the rights to F1's commercial rights.
