Renault announce changes to aero team
United States Grand Prix – Renault have decided to make changes to their aerodynamic department, with changes being made immediately. Renault have confirmed that they are to make changes to their aerodynamic department with immediate effect. The current Head of Aerodynamics, Peter Machin, is leaving the team – the team say this was a mutual agreement. As he departs, in comes Dirk De Beer to take over the role. The South African was most recently Williams' Head of Aero, leaving that role in early 2018. He has previously worked for the Enstone team, joining them in their Renault days in 2008 before leaving Lotus in late 2013. De Beer will be backed up by a Deputy Head of...
