Binotto: Ferrari can still win in 2019

Ferrari principal Mattia Binotto believes there will still be opportunities for the team to win in 2019. The Scuderia claimed back-to-back wins courtesy of Charles Leclerc at Spa and Monza, with the high-speed circuits highlighting Ferrari's straight-line speed advantage. Those were Ferrari's only wins of 2019 as Formula 1 heads into the final stretch of the season, and despite the fact that more technical tracks are ahead, such as the upcoming Singapore GP, Binotto feels there will still be opportunities for Ferrari to win, but it's difficult to say where.
