Charles Leclerc disappointed after crashing out at the German GP

Charles Leclerc has called his crash ‘a disappointing end’ to the German Grand Prix after sliding out of turn 16. Leclerc had worked his way up to P2, to potentially fight for a win, after not being able to take part in Q3 on Saturday but lost the car at the penultimate corner. He said on Ferrari’s website: “It is a disappointing end to the weekend for me.  “After a good start, we worked our way forward in rather tricky conditions.  “The team did a great job and let me arrive in second place to fight for the win.
