Nico Rosberg required frequent 'mental training' to beat Lewis Hamilton
Nico Rosberg has revealed how much of an impact racing Lewis Hamilton had on his life. The Former F1 World Champion needed therapy in order to help deal with the pressure from the Brit and perhaps this is why he retired from the sport when he achieved his goal of winning the title. Rosberg described what he had to go through to reach the top. “Two hours, every second day of mental training," he told Reuters. "It was a huge process and just gave me so much and that’s one of the big reasons why I ended up being world champion. “I just dedicated my whole every single breathing second of my life to winning that next race and becoming world champion....
