Honda: New upgrade not as powerful as hoped

Honda boss Toyoharu Tanabe has admitted that the new Honda upgrades brought to the Austrian Grand Prix are not as powerful as the manufacturer had hoped. Alexander Albon will be starting Sunday's race from the back of the grid as Toro Rosso has fitted a new upgraded Honda power unit for the Anglo-Thai driver this weekend.
