Albon grid penalty confirmed for Austria

Alexander Albon will be fitted with Honda's latest engine at the Austrian Grand Prix, saddling the Toro Rosso driver with a grid penalty in Spielberg. Albon was the only Honda-powered driver not to take the upgrade in France last weekend.
