Renault: Too early to focus on 2021

Renault say that they will not begin developing their 2021 car, despite their disappointing season so far in 2019. The French team had been targeting 2021 as the year they will return to competitiveness in Formula 1, but with such a poor 2019 so far, there have been doubts that the team will be able to make the jump to the top of the sport. This led Renault’s executive director Marcin Budkowski to deny that they will look to start work on their 2021 car any earlier than planned.
