Brembo keen to deliver standardised brakes to F1 in 2021

Formula 1 wants to bring the costs of running teams down in 2021, and one way of doing this is by standardising parts. Gearboxes, wheels but also brakes among other things are looking to be standardised. Brake manufacturer Brembo have let it known that they'll have a part in the process of standardising the braking systems. "Let me be clear about this," Brembo's Mario Almondo exclusively told Motorsport.com. "Our main reason to be involved in becoming a partner in F1 is to prove we're better than our competitors. We've always had this philosophy and we'll always keep it that way. Having said that, I think certain things could bring down the cost for an F1 team....
