Max Verstappen says only Mercedes "understand" 2019 car

Max Verstappen believes that only Mercedes truly understand the 2019 cars and that all of the other teams have been struggling so far this season. Mercedes have been dominant so far but many have been surprised about how slow Ferrari has been. Verstappen is currently sitting in third in the driver's championship ahead of both Ferrari drivers.
