McLaren confirms new Coca-Cola sponsor deal

McLaren has confirmed a return of Coca-Cola branding to its cars for the 2019 Formula 1 season. The new sponsorship deal follows the successful trial during four grands prix last year in the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Abu Dhabi, where the drinks giant showcased different brands. That will continue to happen throughout 2019, with McLaren confirming that 'throughout the season, Coca-Cola will develop consumer events, activities at the points of sale, online promotions, and communication.'
