Stats: Combined times, lap counts from the second pre-season test

The second pre-season Formula 1 test is done and dusted and that means no more action until the season-opening race in two weeks time, when we reconvene again in Melbourne for the 2019 Australian Grand Prix. As always, we've compiled the quickest time by each driver from the second F1 test, the day they posted it and on what tyre, to help give a clearer picture of where everyone stands. Whilst making assumptions based on test times alone is never wise, a clearer picture has begun to emerge. Ferrari and Mercedes look to be fairly even on pace, with Renault not far behind.
