Kevin Magnussen, Sergey Sirotkin summoned over driving too slowly

Haas’ Kevin Magnussen and Williams’ Sergey Sirotkin have been summoned to the stewards over allegedly driving too slowly during qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix. Magnussen qualified 11th while Sirotkin was 15th, but both must meet the stewards after driving unnecessarily slowly on an in-lap, which is an alleged breach of the regulations and a contrevention of what is set out in Charlie Whiting's pre-event notes. Magnussen’s offence occurred in Q2 while Sirotkin’s transgression came in the final stages of Q1.
