Charles Leclerc Confirmed As Ferrari Driver For 2019

Charles Leclerc is confirmed to make a step up to Scuderia Ferrari for the 2019 Formula 1 Season. The Monegasque driver will join the Maranello based team in only his second year in the sport, swapping places with Kimi Räikkönen, who will join Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team on a two year deal. Leclerc will join forces at Ferrari with Sebastian Vettel for next year, starting a new era at the Italian team as the first change of a driver line up at the Italian team since Vettel's arrival in 2015. The twenty year old is a member of Ferrari's Driver Academy and won the 2016 GP3 Series championship, followed up by a FIA Formula 2 championship in his rookie year in 2017, leading to a seat at Sauber...
