Gallery: Hamilton, Vandoorne and Ericsson test Halo in Belgium
Three drivers tested the halo cockpit protection device ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps, where visibility at Eau Rouge can be more complicated. Lewis Hamilton, Marcus Ericsson and Stoffel Vandoorne had the Halo in their cars for Free Practice 1 in Belgium after the FIA decided to introduce it in the technical regulations for the 2018 season. The FIA announced that it will make modifications based on the feedback that it obtains from drivers and teams in the next tests before the season ends.
