Rosberg caught by surprise by Vettel pace

Nico Rosberg says that he underestimated the pace of Ferrari rival Sebastian Vettel as his compatriot beat him during qualifying for the Bahrain Grand Prix. Lewis Hamilton took pole position for the fourth successive race but his closest challenger wasn't Rosberg but rather Ferrari's Vettel, as Rosberg wound up a ‘lowly' third place. 'Strategy wise, today I got it wrong,' Rosberg said to reporters afterwards. 'I was thinking too much about the race and I underestimated Sebastian’s speed.'
