Ecclestone: Red Bull right on equalisation calls

Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone has backed Red Bull in its calls on FIA to act on Mercedes' superiority. Red Bull team principal Christian Horner said over the Australian Grand Prix weekend that the sport's ruling body should interfere to make sure Mercedes' domination does not make F1 races too boring for the fans. As reported by Motorsport.com, Ecclestone reckons the rules would allow the FIA to make changes if it deems Mercedes has an unfair advantage.  "They are absolutely 100 percent right," Ecclestone told Reuters about the need to equalise performance.
