Alonso could face more days in hospital

Fernando Alonso's manager says he could face 'one, two or three days more' in hospital as doctors continue to assess him following his crash in pre-season testing at the Circuit de Catalunya. Alonso was airlifted to hospital after crashing at turn three on the final day of F1 testing in Spain, with McLaren going on to blame 'unpredictable gusty winds' for the spin that pitched him into the inside wall. Sedated at the time, Alonso was later diagnosed with a concussion and though he went on to spend a second night in hospital, McLaren insists he is otherwise uninjured.
