Wolff: No big swing in 2014
Mercedes motorsport boss Toto Wolff reckons there will be no 'big swing in the balance of power' next season, despite major changes to the F1 regulations.Sebastian Vettel took his third victory in succession and his seventh of the season last weekend in Singapore to inch ever closer to that fourth F1 Drivers' title.
