Button laments loss of power in Q3

Jenson Button was left to ponder what might have been after suffering a technical issue during the shootout qualifying phase in Monte-Carlo on Saturday afternoon, with the McLaren driver unable to complete a representative final lap after losing power. Button, who claimed pole position and victory at the venue in 2009, will start the race from ninth position, two positions behind Mexican team-mate Sergio Pérez.
