Perez continues to impress Neale

Sergio Perez has impressed "everybody in the team" during his short career with McLaren so far, according to Jonathan Neale. After a difficult opening weekend in Australia, Perez scored his first points for McLaren with ninth place in Malaysia. While Jenson Button has outperformed his team-mate so far, Neale says Perez has been settling in well and one of the most obvious strengths has been the way in which he works with his engineers. "I think he's been really good so far," Neale told a Vodafone McLaren Mercedes phone-in. "He's had a lot to learn in terms of getting used to us as a team, the way that we go about things.
