HRT cars sold to recycler

HRT's Formula One cars have reportedly been sold for scrap to a Madrid-based parts recycler. HRT closed their doors at the end of last season after failing to find a buyer the struggling Formula One outfit. In a bid to recoup money, the team sold three 2012 cars - without their Cosworth engines - to Teo Martin, who owns a auto-recycling company. According to Reuters Martin also purchased 'two 2011 cars, one complete, and a scale model of the 2012 car as well as most of the garage equipment.' "The other 2011 car has gone to Pirelli," he said.
