Pic excited by 'big potential' at Caterham

Charles Pic was left encouraged after making his first visit to Caterham's Leafield factory, explaining that the team has 'big potential' for the seasons ahead. Moving to the outfit from Marussia, he is hoping to break into the midfield in the near future. 'Both are very young teams,' Pic told the official Formula 1 website of Marussia and Caterham. 'For me the Caterham factory is great. We’re doing everything we can to make a good car so now we have to work and start to prepare for next year. 'I think Caterham has big potential - I’m 100 percent confident of that. We just have to work very hard to improve ourselves to be better next year and to take a step forward.'...
