F1 Academy publishes its Driver Development Guide
The all-female single-seater series F1 Academy has launched a Driver Development Guide which should help 'inform and empower young girls in the world of motorsport.' F1 Academy's guide is a first-of-its-kind document. The series noted that the guide is aimed at young girls at any stage in their motorsport journey and has been developed i'n response to the pressing need for a clearer understanding of the specific support young girls require to enter and progress up the motorsport ladder.'
