Austrian GP: Russell fastest in FP1 but Dunne steals the headlines

27/06/2025 at 13:4727/06/2025 at 13:57 George Russell picked up right at the Red Bull Ring where he left off in Montreal, topping the timesheets in the opening practice session for the Austrian Grand Prix. The Mercedes driver, fresh from his victory in Canada, posted a best time of 1m05.542s around the Spielberg track, narrowly edging out Red Bull’s Max Verstappen by just 0.065 seconds. Behind the front two, McLaren’s Oscar Piastri continued his strong form to slot into third place. Times to follow...
