F1 rookie race concept pushed back to 2025
A proposed Formula 1 race for rookie drivers at the end of the season has been pushed back to 2025 due to timing constraints, the FIA has announced. The idea to run a race for rookie drivers alongside the traditional young driver test in Abu Dhabi had received widespread support earlier this year, with F1 keen to try and make it a reality at the end of this season. However, following a meeting of the F1 Commission at the RB headquarters in Faenza, it was agreed to target 2025 instead.
