Carlos Sainz linked to Red Bull amid Lewis Hamilton's Ferrari deal

Carlos Sainz’s father was observed conversing with Red Bull executives during F1 preseason testing in Bahrain. Sainz is seeking a new position for 2025, as Lewis Hamilton is slated to replace him at Ferrari. The Spaniard clinched an F1 grand prix victory last year, the only non-Red Bull driver to do so, indicating he should have no shortage of offers. Red Bull could potentially accommodate him if they opt to part ways with Sergio Perez, while Mercedes is in need of a successor for Hamilton.
