Lewis Hamilton proves his doubters wrong

Lewis Hamilton has successfully proved doubters wrong following the Las Vegas Grand Prix, after he once again finished ahead of team-mate George Russell. Ahead of the 2023 season, many thought that Mercedes were undergoing a power shift, following Russell's remarkable achievement in 2022 during his maiden campaign with the Silver Arrows. 2022 saw Russell become just the third team-mate of Hamilton's to finish above him in the Drivers' Championship, joining Nico Rosberg and Jenson Button in the exclusive club. The likes of 1997 Formula 1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve questioned whether Russell would become Mercedes' leader in 2023, marking the beginning of the end of Hamilton's career....
