Strategic luncheon: Wolff guides de Vries amid F1 transition

©Twitter A day after getting the boot from Red Bull and AlphaTauri, Nyck de Vries regrouped during a strategic luncheon in Monaco with Toto Wolff. As a former Mercedes development driver, de Vries has retained a good relationship with Wolff who has often spoken highly of the Dutchman, who delivered to the German manufacturer its first world title in Formula E in 2021. Wolff's presence alongside de Vries reflects the support and guidance offered by the Mercedes F1 boss to the latter as he ponders his future. But the Austrian's role transcends mere consolation as his invaluable professional advice and vast network advice will certainly help Nyck steer his way to his next motorsport...
