Zhou Guanyu provides update on 2023 Alfa Romeo contract talks

Alfa Romeo’s Zhou Guanyu has revealed that his future at the Swiss team has not been decided yet as 2023 contract negotiations near crunch time. The young Chinese driver arrived at Alfa Romeo at the start of the season after finishing third in the Formula 2 championship last season, and he has scored points on three occasions in 2022. Zhou has generally impressed alongside Valtteri Bottas, and the Hinwil-based outfit are sixth in the Constructors’ Standings. Bottas himself has recently affirmed that he is keen for his team-mate to be given an extension on his contract that runs out at the end of this year.
