FIA clarifies rules regarding pit entry and exit after Ferrari protest

Ferrari threw away a possible double victory in Monaco, but afterwards attempted to pull the race to its feet by lodging a protest against both Red Bull Racing drivers. Both protests were rejected by the FIA, but race director Niels Wittich does come out with a clarification of the rules in Baku.
