Alpine Would Allow McLaren to use Piastri if Ricciardo Remains Unavailable

Oscar Piastri would be an option for McLaren to replace Daniel Ricciardo should the Australian be unavailable for next weekend's Bahrain Grand Prix following his positive COVID-19 test.
