AlphaTauri and Alpine announce 2022 car release dates
AlphaTauri and Alpine have both announced the dates on which they will reveal their respective cars for the 2022 season. AlphaTauri have sandwiched themselves in between McLaren and Mercedes, with them set to unveil their challenger on 14 February as they embark on their first season using Red Bull powertrains. Honda pulled out of Formula 1 at the end of 2021 after powering Max Verstappen’s maiden world championship, while Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda scored 22 points finishes between them last year en route to a sixth-placed Constructors’ Championship finish.
