'Mercedes has lodged its intention to appeal'

Mercedes seems to be planning to appeal against the decision of the stewards. The FIA said that Max Verstappen can keep his world title, but the German formation of Toto Wolff seems to want to fight this again. F1 journalist Chris Medland reports this on his Twitter. Mercedes is also said to have informed the FIA on this. This also has to be done within one hour of the ruling according to the regulations. Mercedes told The Race that the odds are highest against their complaint against the FIA being declared unfounded.
