Domenicali: I don't believe in shutting countries off

With human rights activists denouncing the inaugural Saudi Grand Prix, branding it as a 'sportswashing' exercise, Formula 1 chief Stefano Domenicali justifies this weekend's race at Jeddah International Circuit.
