French Grand Prix receives FIA three-star environmental certification
The organisers of the Formula One French Grand Prix has today announced that the venue has received the highest level of environmental certification from the FIA. With the certification, the governing body recognizes the dedication and work of the Formula 1 Grand Prix de France which has been diligent and dedicated to work on an ambitious sustainable programme. The French GP organisers’ efforts included reducing the consumption of raw materials, favouring the use of biofuel-based energy sources, the use of sustainable materials and the elimination of single-use plastics.
