Grosjean: When I got the ovation I almost cried
It would be fair to say that Romain Grosjean is rebuilding his career in the USA, and during his rookie Indycar season is hitting home runs along the way, with an emotional podium at Laguna Seca on Sunday, adding to his score. Not since Fernando Alonso took the Indycar scene by storm, has an F1 driver won the hearts and minds of fans so rapidly. At the same time media and fans in America have embraced the Frenchman who defied a fiery death during the Bahrain Grand Prix last year when driving for Haas in the top flight.
