Repetition of GP Belgium at Zandvoort? Rain expected on Sunday
It is the nightmare of every Grand Prix organizer, not being able to continue the race as happened on Sunday at Spa. The weather conditions were so bad that the race could not be driven, especially because of the poor visibility for the drivers. The hope is of course that Zandvoort will be spared this weekend. Expected rain on Sunday From Friday 3 through Sunday 5 September, Formula 1 will be back at Zandvoort for the first time in 36 years. Actually the Netherlands were supposed to host a Grand Prix last year, but the measures surrounding the coronavirus threw a spanner in the works.
