Hamilton blames Verstappen for crash: "It was my line"
Max Verstappen's race at Silverstone lasted just half a lap after he crashed with Lewis Hamilton. A hard crash of the Dutchman was the result. Verstappen managed to get out of the car unharmed but was still pretty shaken up by the impact. Hamilton's line Shortly after the crash, Hamilton seems to blame Verstappen for the crash in particular. "I was ahead when I went in, man. Completely alongside, it was my line," Hamilton told his team over the onboard radio. "He turned in on me, man". He did check that Verstappen was unharmed. "Is Max OK?"
