Speaking from experience, George Russell sympathises with the 'difficult' situation Mick Schumacher finds himself in at Haas. In his rookie season, the son of the seven-time World Champion, Michael Schumacher, is racing almost exclusively at the very back of the grid with his team-mate Nikita Mazepin.
