Russell apologizes to Bottas on Twitter: 'I've let people down'

After the much talked about incident between Valtteri Bottas and George Russell during the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, the Williams driver has decided to publicly apologize for his reaction to the crash. He did this this afternoon in a message on Twitter.
