McLaren boss defends Vettel and backs him to succeed

Article To news overview © Aston Martin McLaren's German team principal Andreas Seidl has come out in defense of his compatriot Sebastian Vettel, saying one bad race won't determine the four-time champion's future success at Aston Martin. Vettel has so far had to endure a very difficult start to his life at the Silverstone-based team. After missing a bulk of pre-season testing, the former Ferrari driver's woes were compounded during the first race of the season where he finished 15th, and accumulated five penalty points on his super license over the course of the Bahrain Grand Prix, a poor return by anyone's standards. McLaren's Siedl however beleives this was merelty a blip....
