Red Bull consultant Helmut Marko has ruled out signing ex-Mercedes engine chief Andy Cowell. Cowell was responsible for Mercedes’ High Performance Powertrains division, with it responsible for producing Mercedes' dominant V6 power unit at the start of the hybrid era in 2014.
