Sainz tightlipped about possible Ferrari crash in Jerez
Article To news overview Carlos Sainz took part in Ferrari's recent tyre test with Pirelli in Jerez, but the Spaniard made sure not to share any details regarding a reported crash. Both Sainz and Charles Leclerc drove a 2019-spec 'mule' car as Pirelli look to gather data ahead of the use of 18-inch tyres next season. Although the tyre manufacturer revealed both drivers completed over 300 laps over the course of three days, reports have emerged that Sainz may have crashed.
