Masi tack with Vettel and removes track limits

The FIA made a striking move after consultation with the drivers on Friday. If the track limits are broken, the lap times of the drivers will not be reduced. During the training sessions on Friday this was still the case and again a lap time was removed from a number of drivers. 33 lap times were deleted on Friday, mainly due to incidents in turn 4.
