Russell set for Turkish GP grid penalties

George Russell is set to be handed a raft of grid penalties for this weekend's Turkish Grand Prix. Coming into the 14th round of this season on Formula 1's return to Istanbul Park after a nine-year absence, the Williams driver had hit the limit with regard to power unit components usage. Article continues under video That was primarily due to an engine failure in the first race of the season in Austria in early July. The FIA has confirmed Russell starts this weekend with a fourth new internal combustion engine, turbocharger and MGU-H, and as this is not in conformity with the regulations, the Briton will be penalised.
