Mercedes joke about extension of Hamilton contract causes confusion
Lewis Hamilton has officially only been a driver of the Mercedes Formula 1 team for a few months because his contract has not yet been renewed. Last weekend Hamilton said something remarkable at the press conference, keeping a close eye on everything around the world champion. The social media team at the German race stable also experienced this. Doubts sown by Hamilton The Englishman has yet to sign up and until last weekend that seemed a matter of time, until Hamilton, in the press conference after the Grand Prix at Imola, raised some doubts about his future.
