Kvyat: What was Albon doing?
AlphaTauri's Daniil Kvyat has hit-out at Alexander Albon for his actions in Sunday's Formula 1 Eifel Grand Prix, questioning his Red Bull stable-mate's professionalism and judgement. Racing each other at the end of the virtual safety car period on lap 17, a mistake from Kvyat allowed Albon to get alongside into the final corner, with the Thai proceeding to collect the Russian's front wing as he made his way past. Ultimately karma came back to bite Albon as he was forced to retire having flat-spotted multiple sets of tyres, but that did not stop Kvyat from blasting him in his post-race remarks.
