Ferrari makes changes in technical staff: "There will be many problems"

For a long time it looked like Ferrari was going to adjust things within the structure of the company. In the week between the Hungarian Grand Prix and the double Grands Prix at Silverstone, the team decided to make changes within the company. Within the leadership some positions change, but Mattia Binotto remains team boss. Enrico Cardile will lead the performance department within the Ferrari team. For the rest of the departments, the original team leader will continue to do their work. Binotto himself indicates that these changes had to be made in order to promote the development of the car.
