FIA issues technical directive to clamp down on oil burning

The FIA have released a pair of new Formula 1 technical directives, the documents believed to be a result of the Ferrari-FIA agreement following an investigation into the team's 2019 power unit. Towards the end of the 2019 season, Ferrari were the subject of an FIA investigation, the resulting 'non-disclosure' agreement seeing protests from multiple teams.
